How can I access my support tickets?

  1. Navigate to the Tickets Section: After logging in, locate and click on the "Tickets" or "Support Tickets" tab in the navigation menu. This will take you to the ticket management area.
  2. View Your Existing Tickets: In the ticket management area, you will see a list of all your existing support tickets. Each ticket entry typically includes the ticket subject, status, date, and any other relevant details.
